The objectives are to encourage independence and enjoyment of cooking for oneself and loved ones, learning or improving essential cooking skills.
The sessions are adaptable to individual needs and last two hours for 6 weeks, the cooking sessions are delivered online.

The course helps to boost self-confidence, raise awareness of own potential, trust abilities, transfer skills as well as sharing of individual skills and learning new ones, promoting well-being, healthier lifestyles in the communities.
Hopefully when we can again meet socially and safely the groups will organise a food event with family, friends and neighbours.
