The objectives of the course were to encourage independence and enjoyment of cooking for oneself and loved ones, learning or improving essential cooking skills.
Similar sessions could be adaptable to needs of groups and last two hours for 6 weeks, the cooking sessions are delivered online.

The course helped to boost self-confidence, raise awareness of participants' potential, they began trusting their abilities in the kitchen. It aimed on how to transfer as well as sharing of individual skills and learning new ones, promoting well-being, healthier lifestyles in the communities.
